Two budgies
I just got a new budgie to keep my original one company, but I'm a little worried, his poops are very watery and large compared to my other budgie. Is it because he's nervous and in a new environment?

Welcome!

Can you provide a picture of your new budgie and his poop?

:)

Thank you lea!

Beautiful budgies!! You got yourself a young female today. I would not worry the faeces of both seems ok.

The new bird probably retained his poop for a longer time as she might have felt stressed with all the changings she endured today. For that reason the poop accumulated and went out bigger.

If the problem persist for a couple of days, please check up with a veterinarian.

cheers :)

The only time I'd ever seen that kind of thing with our budgie is when we fed him from an orange which he loved. As soon as we stopped, the problem disappeared.
