and he treated my parrot and he give my parrot a Vaccine and antibiotic and vitimane and clean his eye

and now i feel it more better from yesterday

Looks like a young mealy, from the eye color ,i'd say less than 6 months old and maybe much younger.

He's looking GREAT!!! How is he doing? Did you name him Paco?

Age is hard to tell. You vet should have some idea, but to my understanding if the legs are scaled in appearance rather than smooth the bird is at the very least mature if not older. Birds under a year also tend to have very dark eyes.
