Also if you had taken even the shortest moment to peruse the forums before blathering on in two different threads you would have also seen this post:

The latter of the two will likely explain why you were ignored the first time, treated abruptly this time, and why you will be booted off the forums if you continue to act like a child.

The only reason I responded at all is because in the hands of someone so clearly incompetent your bird is certainly in danger and I would not wish for anything to happen to him - so hopefully you are capable of reading the linked post which may keep your bird healthy.

I agree with AD, certainly this is such information that should have been researched before you got a parrot!
