Need help with injured dove

I recently found a dove lying in the backyard, when I went to check on it it was still alive. I took it in and put it in a spare cage in the garage for it to hopefully recover. It ate and drank normally and there aren't any visible injuries on it... my best guess is that it flew into the window. It doesn't seem like it can walk or stand properly, it's as if there's a weight on it's chest that's keeping it down. what should I do with it? is there anything I should look out for or check? here's a photo of it if that helps

Unless you want to take it to a rehab center or vet I would say just make it comfortable and give it time.
Eating and drinking is a good sign IMHO

Agree with the above. Just keep it fed, watered and comfortable. Be sure to wash your hands thoroughly after caring for the dove as a bird who is actually ill can come across as looking injured. I’ve tried to rescue many wild birds. I just can’t leave them to die or get eaten by a wild animal. Sometimes they bounce back and are fine and I release them back into the wild. Other times they don’t make it but at least they passed in a safe place. Hope this birdie recovers!

thank you for your responses! here's an update:
he's much more responsive and alert now and he looks like he has more strength in him than yesterday! he still has issues with moving but other than that he's doing well. I hope he recovers fully soon!
