need advice for daily nutrition for cockatiels

hi i would like to ask for your advices concerning the daily nutrition for cockatiels and for ringneck , i would like to have something precise like what foods to give them every day exactly e.t.c. for both cockatiels and ringeneck. i also would like to ask you if you could inform me about pellets and the best products of food for parrots .
