Natural Encounters!

This past October I had the pleasure of visiting Steve Martin at his Natural Encounters training facility. Dr. Susan Freidman as well as reps from the World Parrot Trust were with us as well. We had a blast!
Below is a vid of 8 green wing macaws that Steve was training for a famous magician who had just purchased an island and wanted free flying parrots. It was a wonderful experience seeing them fly over head. At the end of the vid is a Harpy Eagle. These birds are huge and their claws were every bit as big as my hand!

neat video thanks for sharing. I think that harpy eagle was thinking let me out I see lunch flying by. also gives you an Idea of the noise level . H ave to say that the green wings is absolutly gorgeous.the colors are so vibrant. Alison and sweetie pie
