sorry about your loss, it is dangerous for birds to be put under when our vet did it to mylah to take bloo he told us it had risks and he thought he was going to loose her because she wouldn't wake up.. adventually she did but she was really groggy, its just a risk you had to take and sadly your bird didn't make it xxxx

I am so sorry this happened to you and your bird. I read all the posts but I still think it is the vets responsibility to show due diligence in caring for the bird and it doesn't sound like she did.

This is not your fault, you were trying to do the right thing. So very sorry.
