This is my best vid taken on Cocoa in flight. As she was about to land, the line got tangled somewhere on the ground forcing her to make another turn to land.
I thought it would be interesting to have the cat in the background. I am not sure if the cat was curious about Cocoa or just wanted to have a free meal. Not to worry. Cocoa was smarter. She flew to my shoulder when the stray cat got closer.
Thanks for the post and all the great photos! It wasn't boring at all -- I loved it! Our baby sun conure is learning to fly right now. He can make it about 15 feet before he starts getting super worried. Lol. I took him out on a harness for the first time the other day and had him flying from the grass to my arm (or shoulder or head . . . he's still working on his aim, lol). Can't wait until I can take him along on longer outdoor adventures!
Glad to hear your conure is responding to you. You and your conure will enjoy outdoor adventures. And be prepared to answer stupid questions from some people you meet. lol
This morning trip.

We are now at my mom in law's house which is located approx 180km away. This is an oil palm plantation opposite of my MIL's house.
We always come here to pick up some palm nuts whenever we are here. Cocoa got spooked by the bulldozer at work. She fled in panic when I went near to collect those nuts. In spite of being a bulldozer driver once but this thing is completely different. She thought it was some kind of a villain transformer. I had to keep a distance away from the "transformer".
Thank you for taking the time to share photos and videos of Coco. They are beautiful. I am also enjoying the photos of where you live. They are so wonderful!
