Molting, plucking or overpreening?

Hi everyone! This is my 3 year old green cheek conure her name is Grebe. She is free out of her cage for 8 hours a day sometimes more and goes to bed around 830pm. She gets fresh chop daily and fruit as a treat. She eats tops pellets mixed with zupreem natural. She tried Harrison’s pellets and really seemed to enjoy them so I mig hot switch her over. I was wondering if this looks like a molt or plucking… it seems like she’s over preening and is itchy and I haven’t seen her pull any feathers out. Here’s some pictures it’s under her wing and on her chest. She looked like this in April but it wasn’t as bad and filled back in. Now she looks like this it started around the beginning of November. My English budgie just passed he was 12 they were together most the day and ate and did everything together. She looked like this before he passed but I feel like it’s not getting g better. Otherwise she has had not changes and is a good bird. Thanks!!

I dont know how true it is but a guy (who makes probiotics) told me that some birds lacking protein will actually eat their own feathers. Not saying this is case. It just came to mind because he said its the chest feathers that they eat. Feathers are made up of mostly protein.
Im not sure if pellets contain protein. They may very well. Check the ingredients. If not, give her some finely chopped hard boiled egg (about a teaspoon) one or twice a week.

FYI go easy on the fruit. All that sugar isnt good for them. It should be given as a rare treat. Theres nothing in fruit that cant be gotten in vegetables.
