Mojos new suite!

This past weekend, my boyfriend went to work and built Mojo his cage. We took an old ferret nation cage we had and broke it down and attached it to the wall with hinges and such. It makes it so easy to clean and I love it! It's 6ft long, 2 1/1ft deep and 4ft tall.

It is definatly an improvement over his last one! My only concern would be the wall. I would be afraid he'll start to chew through it, especially the crown molding on the bottom.

I love that platform on the branch-tree thing, that's very cool too!

I bet he loves that. I agree with Safira though, make sure everything all okay for Mojo. Otherwise, hats off to you, looking good!

The paint is child safe, indoor paint, and if he starts to chew, we already talked about putting wood panels on the back. So far he has so many toys hes never even looked at the wall, lol. We plan to hang two half moon stairs from the top of his old cage on the wall to dangle toys from too.

You could put a piece of plexi glass or acrlyic behind there too if he does start to chew, then it's easy to clean! It really does look nice.

I think that's a great idea! Protects the wall too!

Very cool! I've been waiting to see what it looks like and almost missed this thread! Mojo looks so happy I can just picture him zonked out on that platform too! :09:
