He certainly looks like an angel to me! I watched some of his video's today. He is so amazing. My Cag "Peppers" talks a lot, but usually when she thinks no one is watching. She is very shy.

Do not lose faith, all birds begin that way "closet talking"
Mishka did it as well. When they are closet talking, I reckon they are actually practicing.
As Mishka grew more confident, he began talking "openly"

Now he never stops, I would not have it any other way
