I have a JFF for this month
This was Spike, my elderly tiel. He had a benign tumor on his stomach, but removing it would kill him. He had bad arthritis in his legs and feet, but that didn't matter when he was out and held. We got this lovely smile every time we had him out. He was looking at me in this picture, and oh, that look. My heart was overfilled with love every time he did that. He was definitely a Mama's boy.
He made it to 32 years old, and we were so happy to be able to love and care for him in his last 5 years.
