Male or female

Bella has been having quite a bad moult bless her but now her new feathers are starting to appear, I have noticed a few speks of black around her neck. She already had faint patches of pink around her neck. Does anyone think Bella may be male?

I have included a couple of pics but they dont show the black speks very well.

How old is she? I can't really see anything in the photo's. Though it'd probably be easier to tell once she's finished moulting
