Making chop...wine helps!

Thanks for the chop recipe, Laura! Sounds like a party, especially with Mango making googly eyes at lovely Jilly!

weco; It was Moscato I like the bubbly fruity stuff and remember mad knife skills for an ole gal! :D LOL yes I un-thaw but my spoiled crew likes breakfast warmed in either coconut oil or red palm oil so it is nice to add the beans and rice to the pan, get that warm then add everything else to cool it down and warm it slightly rather than cook it. Lunch is higher in fruits so that is served room temp to the darlings.
Genetics made me skip the grey and go straight to white very young I might add, first long white hair at my temple was at the tender age of 18

You do realize to un-thaw something is to freeze it again ! ! !

Well, when I was 18, white hair was nothing to be concerned about.....a lot of things were psychedelic back then...a lot of very unique looks & attitudes ! ! !

Hahaha! This was an exceptionally fun read. And what an awesome chop! I just finished making my own two hours ago... though without the wine and music. I'm going to have to add that to my recipe for next time. :D

There was trash? The food looked gorgeous! Buddy would bury his face in it so I have to make it. Thanks for sharing, Venus will have a new venture and be intrigued.

So, i am blaming all of you for how tired I am tonight! Reading all of your posts inspired me to go out after work and go buy a food processor! And lots of veggies! And brown rice and stuff... and I made my first chop! Good grief it is a lot of work! I can now understand why you needed the wine, lol. But now I can not wait for tomorrow morning to see their reaction to my labours!

Oh my, I hope they don't turn their little beaks up at it, hehehe.

Great I am sure they will love it! I really don't use the processor anymore that was all done by hand! I really enjoy using my knives and I like that I can control the size of the chop a lot better by hand.

Wine helps with everything except driving, or operating heavy machinery...

though I'm really not a fan of that sweet stuff.

Give me a dry red!
