It has been a while since i have been on here, so i wanted to post a little update.
Kali is doing amazing and becomes more attached to me everyday. It is crazy how strongly they bond to people!
She is molting heavily right now and looks kinda funny with her short tail :-^
I have been working on converting my guest room into her room. I am going to cover the walls in plywood and bird proof it as much as possible. I would like to keep her cage free or at least limited cage time. She is not very good at taking care of her tail feathers yet do i am hoping this will help with that.
i am also thinking of adding a friend to our home and am waiting to find a scarlet macaw. I am a little nervous about having two macaws but i think i can handle them
