Japie (m) & Appie (f), both are congo african grey;
All are rescues- had to leave their previous homes for 'reasons', are still in contact with them :)

She turned out to be a bit camerashy at first...
but decided to show her new feathers
(after being bribed with a bit of bread)
It is not much, but sooo proud of the (few) primaries and half a tail she managed to grow and not to (completely) mutilate. :07:
(I am not sure - have to look for the date- but it is almost a year ago that she entered my life, both the "entrance" meaning but also -mostly- the nautical one!)

Oh, wow, that first one is a 99 on a 1-10 cuteness scale! And the second is a real tribute to primaries and tails. I am so glad you showed us these!!!!!!!!! Honestly, she just looks so HAPPY!

I am so glad you shared these wonderful pictures of Sunny, she is a real beauty! There is much to be proud of, and there is nothing like seeing new feathers come in and stay in.
