hi guys i hate to be a worry wort but i feel better safe then sorry....ladyhawk has started doing something none ot the other kinds of birds iv had in the past has ever done...every now and then she puts her mouth on the bars of her cage... dosnt look like shes trying to chew on it...but shes not using her beak to help her mover around the cage eigher which i know birds do... she just sort of sits on her ladder and holds the bar for a few seconds....which is fine it is after all her house just want to make sure its not a sign of something wrong....

It probably feels good in her mouth. Birds like the way cold metal feels. Mine like to lick cold soda cans and other cold metal things. No worries.

My conure does that. If i talk to him through the cage, he’ll softly bite onto the bars just as you described.
