I recently brought a parrot from lovebird nursery who is located in Florida to be shipped to me. So far the seller has been more than helpful by showing me via video calls the bird room. Phone calls and texting me. She answers all my questions and is very knowledgeable on the lovebirds. Does this seem like a scam? The phone number matches the area her contact info is.

It would seem legitimate. A good way to tell is to take the pics on their site and search if they were lifted from somewhere else. GOod luck!

Also verify address is one associated with name. Read that this is a new trend in scams. Good luck.

I tried a visual search on a few images and there were no same photos of the lovebird

when i looked up the address it showed me a po box number at the post office. She also has a yelp page and Facebook page if that helps. the breeder's name is lovebird nursery

This is not easy. Video chats, setting up social media accounts are very easy. Which is easy for scams. Since she's doing video chat, ask for a live walk around with visible time stamp. Verify that money is going through reliable routes. That means through legitimate pay routes, bank etc. That increases the likelihood that you will get your money returned if scam.

I was gonna say same thing time stamp, also do not use zella or venmo anything like that for payment. Use a credit card, Zella will NOT protect you from a scam; a credit card ill refund your money only use a credit card.
