Is this a normal pin feather?

Hello everyone! Cinnamon, my cockatiel, has been molting recently, i already noticed some pin feathers and feathers growing out. But recently, i noticed that everytime i go cuddle her and hug my hand around her back, she complains in disconfort (Something she never does since i know she loves to cuddle in the warmth of my hand). Of course i got scared and checked to see any injuries, but i couldnt find any so i just tought it might be a pin feather on her wing and tried to be as carefull and gentle as i could to not hurt her.

But today i noticed something odd sticking out of her wing, i have seen a lot of pin feathers, but i have never seen one like this, and that concerns me... it does have a white tip, but the rest looks like hard flesh and skin.

Cinnamon doesnt preen around that area constantly, she preens all her feathers like normal so i think that doesnt bother her, only if i touch it.

i was planing to go with her cause it got me concerned, but where i live, currently we are not allowed to leave town cause of the corona case, so its kind of a complicated situation cause there are concequences to that.

But i keept checking it and i noticed how it was changing, and now i can confirm it is indeed a pin feather whos now breaking out.

i will still contact a vet and see if its pocible to make an appointment with her and see if everything is ok, it still worries me to why it was formed like that.
