Indian ringneck orange ring forming around neck

Hi. I have attached a photo of my IRN. Neck seems to be forming an orange ring. Is that normal? That colour?

Looks normal to me. IRNs are alternatively named the "rose-ringed parakeet", and the ring is generally orangey/pink and black in adult males, and the ring will intensify as your bird moults into adult plumage. Adult females can sometimes show a very subtle "shadow" of a ring too, though it's less common to do so. Your baby is beautiful by the way, what's his (or her) name?

Thank you! He’s very cute but very scared we’ve had him for months & months :) we are turkish household & call him Fis-fis short for fıstık😂
