There is actually a wolf rescue in Cocoa that I would LOVE to volunteer at. I have been thinking about that for a while. I wanted to volunteer at our local shelter, but I have had bad experiences with the workers there. Working in a shelter is depressing enough, I do not want to deal with unnecessary adult drama. lol. Sometimes I find it sad that I only just turned 21 and I am more mature than some of the adults I run across.

I wanted to go to school for zoology, but with my husband being in the Coast Guard I am not always going to find a place of work where we move. So, for now I stay at home and do graphic and web design here and there.

@Skycon- My husband has his AA from Full Sail in Orlando so he has his graphic design degree and his General AA from BCC =) That's cool that you do that stuff too!

Yea, I was halfway through my AA at DSC when they cancelled all of their digital programs. It shocked us all since it was at a technical college. They were "allowing" us to complete our degrees but most of us just dropped out since they fired all of our teachers. They were joining multiple classes in one and using inexperienced teachers and expected us to pay. Psh... whatever.

Sorry to just rudely jump in but WOW! I am still struggling to get over how cheap macaws are in the US… and hybrids. Ack! They are just so beautiful… it’s always been a dream of mine to own one. They don’t even breed hybrids over here in Australia, blue and gold macaws alone are $5,000-$7,000… green wings and scarlets… forget it, lol. You guys are so lucky!
