I was reminded of a certain someone when I saw this article...

Food opportunity + Amazons = laughter, kneel slapping, and tearing eye, belly laughs. The "I'm not that interested green belly food snacker," is lighting fast when one turns their hear away for just a moment. At present, none have stuck a Bill through, put the rolled over slice and quickly moving away, yup I have seen that move way to many times.

Thanks for sharing!

I am sure if amazons had a pointy beak like a seagull, it would not be an uncommon occurrence for the green winged pigs to skewer large pieces of food and take off with it:rolleyes:

Kiwi was once left unattended by my husband with a sandwich for a minute or 2. He dragged it half off the plate and mauled it. Not pretty. Poor sandwich:( He also once got hold of an illicit piece of onion and gulped it down the way a pelican gulps down a fish. And then there was the time I turned my back for 2 seconds and he crawled IN a bowl of pasta up to where his foot scales become feathers and was happily munching away:mad:

Hilarious, April! At first looks like a primitive sort of head-armor until it is quickly devoured!

This also illustrates how wild birds can get into trouble trying to eat garbage such as plastic. :(
