How to look after my old baby sun conure

I recentlygot a baby sun conure , I have no idea how to look after it , it's 7 weeks old i hand feed, it's very loud all the time so I don't know if it's a normal thing to be making kind of dolphin sounds all the time , what is the procedures on keeping it warm? I currently have it in a box that I cover up , at 7 weeks should I leave it alone or can I take it out to interact with it Abit , cause it's always trying to get out of the box , I feed 3 time a day 10 - 15 MLS per feeding,am I doing it right?

The best thing you can do is return the chick back to the breeder, so they can properly wean and let the chick fledge (learn to fly). Selling unweaned chicks is a sign of a rather unscrupulous breeder or store, as its easy to kill chicks by feeding them improperly. Dead chick = more sales. Hard truth but its a fact.
