How much bird experience do I need before I can get a Galah?

Our nefarious plan to take over the world, one bird at a time, is working....

bwahahahahahaha!

Well, guys, I don't think it was truly meant to be :( I went in and she had a hold on her. Oh well.. I'm sure she's going to a great home which is all that really matters. I'm willing to wait a bit longer for the absolute perfect Galah to fly into my life. I'm glad to know now that I will be getting a Galah and there will be less confusion and a lot more preparation for that specific bird lol. No flip flopping anymore.

Are they letting you transfer your down payment from the GCC to a future Galah, or are you getting your baby conure? If you get the conure I know you'll still love it, just wondering that's all :)

and she had a hold on her.
Just a hold, or is she actually sold? If it's just a hold, the potential buyer might not follow through and she might still be yours.

We often meet "special" animals in our travels. I used to absolutely love this cat I saw several times at the agricultural shows, and I love one of the cats at my vets'. This little bird was special. So will the bird/birds who become yours, whoever they may be.

Oh I'm sorry! But Strudel is right...maybe the person that has a "hold" on her will fall through. Is there any way you can be contacted if the other person declines? I would still keep in contact just in case. Everything happens for a reason. Maybe this was just to remind you what you are looking for. It will all work out. Keep us updated!

As everyone stated I think you will do fine with a Galah and you know what you are getting into. Do not lose faith if the people only put a down payment on the bird they could back out. Let them know if anything changes that you are interested in the bird.
