How do I get Johnny and baby too trust me?

so I'm going to get their wings clipped for the first time on Monday, their getting it done by the vests as someone suggested it would be better so they wouldn't hold a grudge over me for it.
I'm away at my dads for the weekend, missing them like mad; sadly his allergic to animals so they had to stay at home. Time for more research!!

What have you guys done to gain the trust, and bond?

Age is not really a consideration, but consistency and patience is.....simply sitting by their cage, talking to them in soft voices & feeding them treats through the cage bars will eventually win over most birds, but since your guys are not really tame, it could take anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.....
