I know of two such instances that happened back in New Mexico. One happened to a friend, and the other happened to a person whose story was in a local newspaper. Raptors are a true threat. In some areas, coyotes are also a danger. And outdoor cats worry me...

What a roller coaster, I am so glad you got your baby back.

I recently had a run in with a hawk in my yard with my Perjo in her travel cage, I put a thread about it. It was a bit scary. It has made me be more cautious.

Well, since your Parrot has been home long enough, and as a caring Parrot owner you would have taken your Parrot to your Avian Vet. So, what did your CAV find, any signs of bruising, cuts, etc?
