Acquired our Gcc and after 2 weeks of bitty wanted to take her back 2 years later would never part from her she is the best just takes time and understanding ....worked as a Disability Support worker with Autistic people and that helped to understand the buttons to push.....like when i feed and clean cage i tell her to go to the back of the cage and all is good no biting to let her out open the door and she runs to the top of the cage and flies to me or Heather in another room ....exercise i think a bird needs to fly ....normal we keep the doors closed and she is because of that in excellent health will post some pic's later She steps up and has a great vocabulary and good body language....now and again accidentally poops on me or heather then she say's ....nice....lol

BTW our Gcc's name is Dee Dee ......long story....lol

It sounds like she has A LOT of character haha.

Character....lol like an elephant ...my wife Heather as a child always wanted a Monkey for a pet ...well Dee Dee fills that very well .....lol
