Tim will be 19 weeks on Tuesday but today he has been really grumpy n shut his beak on me ..and even if u go near him he's making like grumpy noises ..can anyone give me ideas on how to get him bk to his normal self plz..don't think he should be doing this at this age..he still let's u rub his head etc np...but if you tell him to come onto ur hand he is grumpy ..just need some ideas to get it stopped now rather than let it go on ..any help will be great plz ..ty xxx

African Greys aren't the most touchy-feely birds out there. They can be, but it's not common.

Yea that's true but he is only 18 weeks old and surely shouldn't be doing this at young age xx

Try offering him treats and lure him onto your hand. Hold a treat on the opposite side of your arm and give it to him when he climbs up.

He does come up I'm thinking he might think I'm going to put him in cage ..the other thing he is doing is everything I have he thinks he should get lol xx
