HELP!!! Charlie

I just gave charlie her first bath in the sink...she was very pissed to say the least but after I was done and she was perching on the faucet I noticed a big ( quarter sized oval) air? pocket on her back... of course I can't touch her so all I could do was look at it...am uploading pics as I type and will post asap...I'm really freaked out by this...She has another vet appt on tues for her wheezing issue...on a size note she has very thin feather coverage and I can see her chest bone and it look fairly sunk in( the vet says her weight is good)...I'm just really worried about her....

THANK YOU MIKEY...that makes so much sense because she has been on antis for a month for an infection...something about inflamed air sacs...I just never saw anything like that and it freaked me out...that is actually what she is going back in for...

Ruptured air sacs come to mind... but I haven't seen one on the back.

it now much bigger like all across her back and down into her chest...gonna see if I can get her in tomorrow

That's so scary! I'd be flipping out as well if I saw that on my bird's back. Hope everything goes well with your vet visit, and that you get some reassuring news. Please keep us posted.
