Hellooo everyone please help!!!

Hello! First day here on this forum and super excited to be apart of it. I would love some advice on my brand new female IRN. She is five months old and I brought her home yesterday, when she’s more comfortable and I can get better pictures I will post some. I have experience with birds but mostly birds that are larger than her so I’m a little off as to how to care for her the very best way. I’ve done my research but I would really love to hear personal responses regarding this. Please tell me what brand of food you feed your IRN, typically how much, and what fresh foods you often give yours? Thanks so much!

My flock of ringies gets primarily veggies and sprouts, a little fruit, and constant access to Roudybush pellets. My outside flock also gets seeds since it is winter and because they burn a lot more energy because they are in an aviary.

I feed fresh food once a day, and I clean the water twice per day.

Thank you for your reply silversage! My your babies are beautiful. She is actually on roudybush right now and loves it but I wanted to make sure it is right for her. She’s on the crumbled version right now, should she be on the small version?
