Gosh is he flying free while you are out? I wouldn't dare.

So not on the door frame but loud enough for me to hear him right up the driveway. Retired I am usually around so if I am going out I give him plenty of warning but once my coat goes on and I pick up the keys he starts. Low at first with an expression of disbelief but gradually the level rises. I really don't know how such a little body gets such volume. Syd doesn't mention love, I guess because I don't use it to him but I get everything else. I'm a good boy! Baby! OK! I'm sorry, I'm sorry I'M SOREEEEEEEEEEEEE BABEEEEEEEEEE!! - it's this last that really breaks my heart and it follows me ever louder as I reach my car. Sob!!

Its horrible leaving them even just a couple of hours,Connie does a strange frantic squeak which sounds like a squeaky wheelbarrow wheel,she doesnt do it till she sees me putting on my coat!
