He loves his cage!

Chuy makes us laugh sometimes. We can leave his cage door open for hours and he will just be playing in there like if the door is closed. He will come pepping around the door asking for treats often. But he would rather just climb around in his cage.
I think he forgets he can fly sometimes....lol.....silly bird!

Seems that he has his staff well trained! Why fly when your staff will transport you? Seems like a happy Parrot in his happy Kingdom! All is well!

That is so cute! We often leave the door open for Pickles the GCC and she loves to hang out in/around her cage. As mentioned above, she will never turn down a free ride if one of her chauffeurs is willing to pick her up at said residence and drop her back off again when she gets tired of being out. The only thing that does bother me is the Suns are on the opposite side of the room, and we work where we can't see the birds. She often flies over to the Suns and terrorizes them, literally. She "follows" them around and poofs up and generally harasses them. Everyone usually makes a fuss when the little mean green machine is on the rampage, so I run over to the rescue. I am so afraid one of the Suns is going to get fed up and remove a toe. So far she has them completely dominated but I know this can change in an instant.
