Hi all...well my little IRN Haro is growing fast, he has settled to me very well..He steps up on command, He flies to me & lands on my head, he responds to my voice, & seems to only love me...He is such a cool little parrot, & to have only had him for 3 weeks is crazy..it seems we have had a life long bond...his neck feathers are growing back, & he is just an all round happy little bird...except he wont have a bar of my husband, i think Haro is protective of me...lol
Tiki is our Kakariki parrot, or should I say my husbands parrot, Tiki loves Doug, feeds from his hand & even lands on him, he even takes his sunflower seed treat from Dougs mouth...but with me he wont, unless doug i s there..I love Tiki we have had him for nearly 4 years...its like we both have our own parrots, who love us & not the other partner...it works though!!.. Haro & Tiki get along fine...
Her are some pics...Haro loves the camera & is a little poser, whereas Tiki is not too sure, but will sit long enough for a snap.. which is fine by me, cos I'm a photographer..thats what I do.
