There are so many harness choices out there!

I currently have 2 previously used Aviator harnesses for conures but just adopted a third and expect to adopt either a rescued large conure or pionus in mid-October. Needless to say, I'm in the market for harnesses.

A past GCC hated her flightsuit and tried to drstroy it but loved her Aviator. My Jenday also loved her Aviator.

I have a strong feeling that despite his love of cuddling and being petted, the Sun won't take to the Aviator. Obviously, the BCC is too big for it as will most likely be the same with my future bird.

The Avianweb EZ Bird harness with 6' doubling leash was recommended by some friends. I'm curious about the Leathers4Feathers harness. Do the snaps on the Leathers4Feathers harness hold tight enough for outside use? What about the leash, please?

I am at the exploration stage. I expect to make my initial purchase of 3 by the end of the month with a fourth shortly thereafter.

Any ideas or experiences will be GREATLY appreciated!

I have an Aviator that should be the appropriate size for my U2, but the head-hole sizing seems to really bother her. If I could do it again (assuming it is safe to do so) I would get a larger size, because in order to get it on, she would have to have it touch her face on both sides as she put her head through. I haven't pushed the issue (because it is like a looser/less exaggerated version of a bird turtleneck, without the fabric lol), but another user confirmed (in another thread) that he/she went up a size and his/her bird took to the harness much more readily.

That's another silly benefit of conures. HAHA
