Go bye bye for walk in the stroller

I hope this picture shows up! This is Paco in his stroller going for his daily walk..he loves talking to every neighbor, stranger, and dog that he sees. He absolutely loves going.. Some think it's weird, I for one do not care! Life is too short to worry about being the crazy bird lady who walks her bird in a stroller. It is so worth the crazy looks and to all who stop and say hi they think it is totally neat and yell out hellos to him every time they see him. We live in a very small town so at this point much of the town knows his name. He now knows which houses we pass that he knows the people inside. I'll be so sad when summer ends and the stroller goes away until spring.

I bet he misses it during the winter (and I bet all his fans miss seeing him around town too!)

Lets slowdown here, its mid-August and the Fall long range Weather (Yes, I know, weather predictions) is for a warmer than normal Fall. So, don't be to quick to stuff the stroller way in the back!

Great Idea: A real five stars for a very creative use of a stroller and a smaller cage. Looks like a very happy Amazon and that alone is wonderful! Clearly Shows an Amazon Having More Fun!

Well done 10/10 for ingenuity. It's really good to see you putting your bird first even if you are getting some funny looks and comments. Don't let it worry you and we did too over here with the Pak-O-Bird, their problem not yours!

Will you try to progress to a harness or maybe a Pak-O-Bird?

I thought about the Pak o bird and actually paid more for the stroller! I chose the stroller because Paco can either have full sun with the top down or have shade. I also think his visibility is better and with the 12 inch wheels we can go anywhere and get a smooth ride. As far as the harness I would love to but there are is a lot of wildlife where we are and I do not think my town has ever heard of the leash law either! That may be a good project for the winter though...the harness would be great for some other outings we might try. Paco is up for anything and is worth every weird look I get as amazons are more fun than most people!
