I think I have semi decided on a green indian ringneck.
Would just like some advice.
I work from home so I have lots of time to spend with the parrot.
I have a small baby girl who is 15 months of age. If I can build trust with the bird and then let it out the cage will it be fine or go and attack other people in the room?
Are they very very loud, example if someone can tell me in TV volume loud etc so I can get an idea please as I live in a flat and don't want to annoy my neighbors to much. My little girl already screams a lot so they are used to that.
I understand it can take months to bond with them or build trust but I am willing to put the work in.
I have a very large cage already so space won't be an issue. There wil be lots of toys as well for it to play with.
What are your thoughts or feedback from people who have families and owning a ringneck?
