Lately my cag seems more playful. He will put his head down inviting me to pet him then nip at me when i do, then laugh at me! Id like to know what other games i could try with him.

Mine isn't as much into games as my 2 S. Americans are. But you might try "wiggle the tongue" at each other. Most birds like peek a boo. Or singing and dancing together.
