What age is it the best to start teaching my baby budgie to talk?
Ive red that some say 4 months, and some say that the earlier the better.
What is the optimal age to start talking with them?

Always- even if they never talk back, it's good for them to learn the meanings of words so they understand what is going on more easily. You should talk to them daily for their whole lives.
