Annnnnnnnnnnnd in my continuing finch rapture... it seems that the next big thing is... conversion to pellets.
I am told that the best course is to have multiples cups around the cage, some with seeds, some with pellets, some mixed Supposedly they realize pellets are food. Then the seed is gradually lessened.
THIS IS A LOT MORE COMPLICATED THAN I THOUGHT!
But... the finches will not outsmart me.

I may even have to join a Finch Forum! Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat?
I don't speak a word of Finch.

From reading about Rb, I have a different perspective. Odds are good that Rb speaks finch. Secretly holding on the sly 'terror twin' classes. Ranks; enlisted, private, corporeal, sergeant, highest is master sergeant. Rb will be the behind the scenes commander in chief. This way he remains #1 and not a feather of guilt showing.
