I was recently looking at some sun conures and I noticed Chi chi my sun, has really long wing tips is this normal?

Without seeing them its hard to say what would be long or even normal, maybe some pics with Chi Chi flapping his wings might help

Like Bobby said, without the pictures you can't really tell much.... I would guess that that the Conures in the pictures had their wings clipped in a certain way?

It's normal for a bird's flight feathers to cross over one another. However, as the others have said; a picture would help.
