Feather growth

Hi ya I rescued a irn a few weeks ago and the man who had him was a bit happy with trimming the wings how long will it take for them to grow back fully.

Not until the bird's next moult...and those are normally twice a year, so if you were to know when the last moult happened, you could figure when the feathers would grow back in.....
