Dougall says "Hello"

This is Dougall, he is 4 months old. I taught him to say hello for a safflower seed but now he says hello ALL the time...lol

yes thats a tv. his cage is about 15 to 17 ft from it

Lol after watching a couple times I noticed the eeerie head in the corner of the screen.
