Found a rare parrot while walking in the woods. The bird decided one of the researchers was a female wearing green:

Now I know why parrots are in trouble. The first thing that went through my head was "I WANT ONE OF THOSE!!!"

What an oddball parrot! Hilarious that he wasn't the slightest bit afraid of the human intruders. He went right past the step up straight to the "bonding" :p

Sirocco, the bird in question is New Zealand's Kokapo conservation embassador, 13 years ago he contracted a resperatory infection and had to be hand reared and became human imprinted, he prefers human company over that of his own species, rarely interacting at all with other Kakapo's

LOL oh dear......

Trust the BBC. The only reason we have to pay nearly £200 a year to watch the TV here.

That's probably the highlight of it right there :D

We "Yanks" are greatful for the quality programing from the mother country!

LOL Barbara!

The joke here at the moment is that it would be cheaper to emigrate to America and get the Beeb for free than stay here and pay the Tv Licence!!!!!

You know the type of people.....

So, we're being served Halal meat unawares and this is acceptable? (True story, I won't go into my opinion)

What next? You're going to have to hunt and kill an animal yourself before you can put on the tea?

Yep, THOSE people....highly amusing! ;)

Hi SB - That is just absolutely hilarious!!!!! I laughed over and over again!!!! He is so cute!!!! :)

Sad thing is I live in nz and I have never been to the south island to see either these or the kea
He sure looked like 1 happy bird
could swear that was a smile when they zoomed in on his face

Obviously that guy ain't owned by birds though as he didn't seem to share the love lol

eh, the scratching was second best to the mating session that went on. Now there will be little birdie-humans.
