Amy a Blue Front 'Zon
Jonesy a Goffins 'Too who had to be rehomed :-(

And a Normal Grey Cockatiel named BB who came home with me on 5/20/2016.
...Beebs is..
For the last couple weeks,as I sit here typing,BB will walk down my arm to my hand and kind of "shuffle" back and forth on my fingers, all the while wiggling his BUTT back and forth  doing the chaa-chaa (as I call it)

I didn't pay too much attention to it..until tonight.
My buddy DJ stopped by for a couple burgers on the grill and to visit with me and Amy and BB.

We went into the living room and watched some tv and Beebs was on my shoulder. He walked down my arm to my hand and fingers, doing the chaa-chaa thing again, this time I wasn't doing any typing, just sitting there.

Now BB is 21.5 months old..has he reached his "sexual maturity" now,and is ready to 'get it on" ??
If so, I guess I'm going to have to curtail his loveys of cupping him in my hands and kissing his little soft face and head, which we both love lol...he kisses me back and makes kissy sounds to me...this is going to be hard to do!

Sounds like the time around maturity, either way. And either way, BB sounds like he's fond of you, so expect more of Mr. Chaa-Chaa-Chaa. :13: The best way to deter the behavior is just distractions and a "no no."

It sounds like he is interested in doing the nasty. I don't know if he would be capable of starting eggs I am not sure.

You can stop him from doing it on your hand but chances are he will find something else to release his um needs.

Lucky does it on the top of the drapes. Baby his cage buddy likes my hand also.

My one year old male Popeye is singing to his sister. Spreading his wings bowing his head and generally "displaying " to her. He has not started doing the wiggle (as I call it) but I don't let him out of his cage when the girls are out.

I was going to make a Bella update this weekend, had a 3 minute video of her talking and making sound effects. Unfortunately the tv is louder than she was. My cell phone was too far away.

Newest phrase is "time to go back".
Still picking her feathers on her front. Not playing with toys. Bought new toy just today.
Waiting for her to stop being scared of it.
