I think they might be Macaw Wings and Tail Feathers but I'm not sure what Species they are though

Understanding that what you are providing is an Artist's rendition of a Bird's Wing(s) and Tail Feathers in Feathering: number, size and color. Too guess at a specific species would be little more.

If I where to guess at a species, they would be a rendition of a Macaw's Wing's and Tail Feathers. Understanding, that what is presented has limited connection to the Real World.

FYI: Both Wings are of the same side of a Parrot, the 'right' side from the point of view of the Parrot.
