Stephen, I would feed it to your fids ALONG with your regular food - but sparingly. I'm personally not a huge fan of Vitakraft (Vita Smart) bird food.

Kyleigh loves it, I thought about mixing it with her RoudyBush pellets to see if she eats more. Or making birdie bread out of it.

It's great for peanut because he's transitioning from a sunflower seed only diet.

The first ingredient is safflower seed, which isn't much better than sunflower seed. But I think the overal ingredient list would be good for peanut as he transitions to the Hill Flock diet lol.
