Do parrots sulk?

Oh my do they sulk.....but I've been doing all the nails myself after the last vet quit on me and I got tired of searching for one anymore so I start doing them myself and so far they haven't really held grudges against me. But they may all be plotting while I'm at work....lol

A lot of people make the mistake of training a parrot like you would train a dog, and you cannot do that.

I'd understood that, what I hadn't really quite understood is that they really never end up "trained" at all, as in "I say, you do" trained.
