That's why I cover my computer chair and quickly get up when Eloy wants to "share" his candy.

Yes I love him, but not always what he eats.. I wonder what an idiot give him rosehip almost every day.. :p

i haven't ever feed my birds rose hips , but i have fed them loads of hot chili peppers, you don't want a kiss after that, i'll put blisters on your lips. LOL

In addition to blistering your lips, don't EVER rub your eyes after cutting up hot peppers. For male audience out there: Wash hands thoroughly over and over again before using the men's room after handling hot things ;)

I never knew rose hips itch though. My birds do get them every once in a while, and they go "bananas" over them. :eek:

Probably good advice... Actually, I sprinkle red pepper flakes and chili powder on (and in) nearly everything I eat. I love that stuff and it never bothers me for some reason :D (I do wash my hands frequently, though.)
 
I grow lots of different hot peppers, some very hot. The zons love to eat them fresh, they chew up the seeds and can seriously blister your lips if you forget.
