After having birds i agree I kind of feel like the only people really qualified of getting a pet bird are the people whose parents have birds around them while growing up because they have much more experience then. Because birds are really hard to care for. And there super fragile and they don't bond immediately with people which is a reason they end up in shelters is because lots of people just give up.
