Conures and seafood?

I thought tuna was a bad idea due to the mercury? I know we cannot give it to the dogs.

Fresh Tuna isn't as bad, stay away from can as it's levels are much higher.
I don't give tuna, I use salmon or whitefish like pollock, halibut, cod etc

Fresh and cooked seafood is fine, don't buy tinned/preserved stuff.
